Almost all products sold by Custom Gifts To Give are personalized just for you. As such, we cannot accept the return or exchange of any engraved or otherwise altered items. We do provide art proofs prior to order completion in order to minimize surprise. Please review all artwork for accuracy. An email address is required at order checkout.

Items that have not been customized/personalized or otherwise altered can be returned within 30 days for full product refund less shipping and handling. Returns that are not the result of an error by Custom Gifts To Give must be returned at the customer's expense.
